At Marvaux Parfums, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Policy 

1. All Sales Are Final (Fragrance Products)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all perfume and fragrance sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Tested fragrances

  • Products with broken seals

This policy applies even if the scent does not meet personal expectations.

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly assist if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

    • Photos of the shipping box and label (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (if replacement is unavailable)

 

3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate

Refunds or replacements are issued only after the carrier confirms the package is lost.

 

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

 

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

6. Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale

  • No refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
